Reformer classes are capped at 8 students.
Group fitness classes are capped at 10.
This allows for individualized coaching and intentional programming in every session.

Cardio Reformer
Low-impact cardio using the Jumpboard to elevate your heart rate while protecting your joints. Structured intervals that combine strength and endurance for a balanced, full-body session.
Reformer + Chair Sculpt
A strength-driven class combining the Reformer and the EXO Chair. Expect controlled tempo work designed to build stability and muscular endurance.
Barre
A full-body, low-impact strength class built around small, controlled movements that create deep muscle engagement. Rooted in Pilates and functional training, this class improves stability, posture, and muscular endurance.
Athletic Reformer
A higher-intensity fusion of Reformer training and strength work. Incorporate added resistance and dynamic sequencing to build power and endurance.
Best suited for clients with foundational Reformer work.
NRG Circuits
Functional strength training combined with Pilates principles. Move through times stations using weights, straps, kettlebells, and Pilates equipment for a structured, full-body workout.
Feel Good Reformer
A balanced class focused on mobility and recovery. Designed to release tension, reinforce proper movement mechanics, and support overall body awareness.
